By making a purchase, you consent to the following policies:
Returns
Provided that the candle(s) is unused and the wick has not been burned, we accept returns of products within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be received in good, unused condition in order to be accepted. If items are not returned in a condition conducive to resale, Jo At Home Candles reserves the right to refuse a refund. Once an acceptable return has been received, we will issue a refund to the original card/PayPal account used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be covered by Jo At Home Candles. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to show in your bank account, PayPal account or statement.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within the first 24 hours after purchase, provided that your order has not already been shipped or crafted. We try to make and ship as fast as possible and therefore, we unfortunately cannot offer cancellations after the first 24 hours.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in the post or if you accidentally receive a scent that you did not order. This is at no added expense of yours. However, this is assessed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we deem it to be inappropriate.
Safety
Jo At Home Candles assumes no liability for any injury or damage caused by use of its candles by consumers. Always use a candle safely. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Never burn a candle on or near any flammable objects. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
